Vinder Links - how they work, and how your files are handled.

1. Agreement to Terms
By using our service, "Vinder Link", you agree on our Terms of Service.
2. Disclaimer
By using our service for sending files through a Vinder Link, you agree to, as stated in our Terms of Service, that Vinder AB is not held responsible for any content that is uploaded to the website. By using our service, Vinder Link, you also understand that Vinder AB is not held responsible for failing to provide for our guarantees.
3. Handling of files
We stores each file for a maximum of 90 days, or until it is opened and deleted as per the expiration date set by the sender. When sending files through a Vinder Link, the receiver only ever gets to see the contents of your files once they have been opened. There is no way to preview or inspect a file without opening it, and thus queuing the file for deletion as per the expiration date set by the sender.
3. Anonymity
Vinder AB values your integrity, and as stated in our Terms of Service, you remain completely anonymous when using either of our services, which includes, but is not limited to: our direct-transferring service, Vinder; and our Vinder Link-service.
Any files sent through our platform on any of our various services remain untracable and cannot, even by Vinder AB itself, be traced back to a single entity.
